Palm Monkey products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
No refunds on digital products
Once payment is completed the pack is available to download immediately, so purchases cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure the product is right for you before you check out.
Problems with your download?
- The download link isn’t working or has expired.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t open.
- You didn’t receive your confirmation email.
We’ll fix it — just get in touch
