Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using Palm Monkey products, plainly written.

1. License

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Palm Monkey samples in your original musical productions — including commercial releases, films, games and advertising.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, share, resell or re-license the raw samples.
  • You may not use the samples in another sample library, sound design pack, or soundpack for sale.
  • You may not use the samples for machine-learning model training without written permission.

3. Ownership

Palm Monkey retains all intellectual property rights to the source sounds. You retain full ownership of the music you create with them.

4. Liability

Palm Monkey is provided "as is". We do our best to ensure quality but cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the products.

5. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to registered customers.
